COMMENTS: This coconut fragrance oil was recommended by the advice line for a coconut scent it was so bad.
Would never buy again or recommend smells like banana and chemicals nothing like coconut what a waste of money.
Had to throw it away couldn’t use it for anything.
Disappointed and disgusting.
And that was recommended please note.

COMMENTS: This is NOT coconut. If you like the tiniest bit of coconut with your sweet vanilla then this is for you. It's not a bad smell but I'm making this soap for someone else. They need to sale a sample board with those scratchy stickers so you get an idea of what these really smell like. There's no return on these. I hate wasting my money on something thats not what it claims to be.

COMMENTS: This FO smells great OOB and in soap and lotions. It even stayed fluid long enough for me to mix 5 different colors, then it started to accelerate. So I changed my design and started plopping it into my mold. By the time I finished plopping it, it started to separate. So I'll stick with using it in my lotions and lotion bars.

"Oh How I Adore Coconut #94!" |

COMMENTS: Have soaped with this awesome FO several times (CP & CPOP) & can say without a doubt that this is THE BEST coconut FO out there! What other coconut FO won't discolor your mica colors, behaves like a champ in CP, stays strong & true well past cure & smells like a delectable dream? This one does ALL of that! I haven't had a single issue working with this FO in CP, and its scent retention is unstoppable! My recipe has always been a bit fast-to-trace, but this FO actually slows things down for me (Temps no higher than 90°F.). The best part is working with a yummy, creamy-coconut scent that doesn't discolor dark enough to mess with any of my colors (TD & white mica included!). I've used it alone & in FO blends, and it's excellent either way. The amount of FO's you can blend this with is as large as the imagination, but it makes for the perfect stand-alone coconut scent too. If you want it all in a coconut fragrance, get this one... It's the best of ALL worlds in CP & CPOP soap & a very popular seller year-round!

COMMENTS: This is my first time having a fragrance separate. It started out fine and then suddenly split apart. Luckily, I had split my batter into thirds so only one was trash. I used another fragrance for the other two so I guess I'll have some short chunky bars. The fragrance smells good so I think I'll try it in bath bombs.

COMMENTS: If you've ever smelled OGX's "Coconut Milk" shampoo/conditioner... This smells SPOT ON to that, which means it's delicious! Coconut, citrus, lavender- these are the 3 scents I get requests for most often. The dark discoloration of most coconut FO's is a real turn-off though. Customers don't understand why their soap is brown & I just prefer not be limited by it in design & color theme (VCS isn't for me). At 1% vanillin, I'm confident I can mask the discoloration with TD & quality micas, as previous reviewers have mentioned, and price for this FO is excellent. I think I've finally found my go-to coconut! Glad I went for a bigger bottle to start & would recommend others do the same... Smells so creamy-fresh, I can't imagine any coconut lover not enjoying this!

"Good for syndet shampoo bars, not so good for CP" |

COMMENTS: This fragrance oil smells amazing! It is great in my syndet shampoo bars. When I made cold process soap with it today, however, it separated or riced or both. I mixed it and then it got grainy on me again. I put it in the mold. Chopstick swirled it and it suddenly it went as fluid as water. As the top setup it went grainy again. I posted on a facebook group and someone else had used the same exact fragrance today with a similar result. This was disappointing because I had read the reviews and the specifications really closely so it was VERY unexpected and I'm wondering if the formula has changed or if I really got the correct fragrance oil. I just ordered another 8 oz because it is on sale so I'll try making soap again but this may be one for body butter and shampoo bars and not soap. I'm giving 2 stars because the description and the reviews did not prepare me at all for what happened and someone else had the same exact experience as I did today. If I was rating it for anything other than cold process it would have a much higher rating.

COMMENTS: To me this fragrance does smell a bit vanilla and coconut! But I LOVE it!! I was looking for a fragrance similar to TJ's coconut body butter since I don't have a store close to me! THIS IS IT!! I haven't tried it in soap yet but I look forward to doing that soon! :-)

COMMENTS: It’s been just under 2 weeks since I used this coconut fragrance in my CP soap and I must say that the smell is just delightful. It reminds me of Puerto Rico. I smell coconut but I also smell some beachy back notes. It’s not just a coconut fragrance to me because of that island something that I smell. With a little titanium dioxide, I don’t see any discoloration at all. The smell is getting stronger as the soap cures. I will definitely buy this again.

COMMENTS: Straight in the bottle this smells amazingly like coconut, but after I cut my soap the only scent I was smelling was vanilla. Also- the bars are definitely more yellow brown than normally - This oil contains vanilla but that was not on the jar and It had been awhile since I purchased it, so I didn't add any vanilla stabilizer. Hoping it doesn't brown too much. Didn't rice or accelerate. Going to try to find a better coconut. Tried Caribbean coconut - that didn't smell like coconut either.

COMMENTS: This is not an overpowering coconut fragrance. In CP soap it cures to light mild coconut fragrance that doesn't overpower and isn't cloyingly sweet or synthetic. I'd call it a mature coconut scent if there is such a thing. My customers that are die hard coconut fans remarked that it wasn't strong enough for them but those that typically do not like coconut did enjoy this one.
It did not accelerate trace or promote ricing in my soap, and it discolors to a light brown. I don't know if its a strong enough fragrance to mix with anything else but on it's own its quite delightful.

COMMENTS: I really, really like this. I use .8 oz. PPO in CP. The scent sticks well, but is not overpowering. A hint of vanilla and a little sweet. I have a few old bars, scented at a lower percentage, and it's still sticking. I use the slight tan discoloration as part of my color scheme. Pour out a little unscented soap for a white swirl and the color combo looks very coconut-y. Can't be without this one!

COMMENTS: At first impression, this coconut smell was a bit strong in the bottle but when I made the cold process soap, it was not strong. In fact it was pretty weak. Some of my customers had to smell the soap twice to pick up the coconut scent. The body creams are awesome like coconuts.Overall, this fragrance oil smells like coconuts and does the job. I would like a softer smelling coconut with a sweeter or creamier scent (softer smell but a stronger fragrance oil).

COMMENTS: This FO is a hidden gem! Everyone goes for Caribbean Coconut and Exotic Coconut (which are pretty good too), but this FO is a fraction of the cost and smells way better. It's so coconutty, no extra musk or florals. Just good, sweet, no frills coconut that my customers love. COMMENTS: I love the way this coconut FO smells in my sugar scrubs, lotions and body butters! It smells like fresh coconuts. Makes me feel like I'm on the islands! Great scent and really stays in my products. Does not dissipate.
