COMMENTS: Pleasantly surprised at how full and sweet this fragrance is. Even on my fingers after opening the bottle it is so fun and happy to smell.
I usually use 1.5% fragrances to oil weight in my CP. with most of my designs that has been plenty. That was not enough with this one. My soap has a pleasant play dough smell. Not off putting, but nothing like the original aroma.
I don’t force gel, the soap did heat up 30 minutes after pour. Was able to unmold in 24 hrs.
My second batch I upped my usage to 2.5%, and could just barely make out the cotton candy smell if I really sniffed! Lol
I will save this for a candle I think. I will burn it while I make soap with a different fragrance oil.
P.S. I had mild deceleration, nice for drops.

COMMENTS: To be honest OOB there’s a hint of a burnt smell about it. It’s pretty odd. I use FOs to create custom fragrances so I destashed this one right away since I didn’t have any ideas for a fragrance with mildly burnt cotton candy. It’s an okay FO. I think you can find the same exact scent—or better—for less money elsewhere.

COMMENTS: I couldn't wait to make soap with this fragrance! It's sweet like sugar, with a bit of vanilla. I was so upset that it didn't seem to make it through the heat. I should have used the maximum amount! It's very faint, I hope that the scent returns, but I don't think it will. I used vanilla stabilizer and still no discoloration after a week. Next time, I will use the maximum amount and a fixative! Other than that, definitely worth ordering, especially for summer fairs!

COMMENTS: I was so excited to get this. I immediately opened the box and looked for this scent to smell it. Ok so its not like carnival cotton candy its got sort of a strawberry candy sweet scent. Thats totally fine. Put it into some foaming sugar scrub and it lost all the good smells and ended up with that cheap candle waxy scent... you know what I'm talking about. I will have to keep hunting for the true carnival sweet scent and hope it doesn't change when its put into something.

COMMENTS: They love it and say how much it smells so yummy and they wanna eat it lol. I'll definitely order this again. At first I smelled it out of the bottle and I didn't really care for it. I waited till the soap hardened and it's absolutely yummy!!

COMMENTS: I really like this scent in soap designed for kids and lip balm. It's sweet an fun. I prefer it to other cotton candy fo's that I've tried as well as pink sugar if I'm looking for a sweet candy scent.

COMMENTS: I made a batch of soap with this fragrance when the fair had come to our town. It smells exactly like fresh cotton candy to me! I wish I would have planned ahead of time and had it ready to sell while the fair was here. A few people have said it smells more like licorice to them. I don't smell that at all. This is a scent I will be using again!

COMMENTS: Who doesn't love cotton candy? Customers love the pink cuteness factor and they love that it's edible. I use it in lip balms and lip sugar scrubs. This scent can easily be added to other scents to add just a bit more sweetness.
