Detergent Free Hemp MP Soap Base - 10 lb Block

International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI):
Sorbitol, Sodium Cocoate, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Stearate, Water, Glycerin, Cannabis Sativa (Hemp) Seed Oil.

Common Name Ingredient Listing (FDA Approved):
Sorbitol, Coconut Oil, Propylene Glycol, Stearic Acid, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Glycerin, Hemp Seed Oil.

Directions:

MELT: Determine amount of melt and pour soap base needed for your project. Carefully slice soap base into small pieces and place in microwave safe container. Heat on low at 30 second intervals. Stir between intervals until liquid. Handle hot soap carefully as it may burn the skin. Soap can also be melted in a double boiler.

MOLD: Stir in cosmetic color, cosmetic scent, and skin safe additives. Pour into a Crafter's Choice mold. Spritz soap surface with rubbing alcohol to remove bubbles. Allow to cool until hard.

ENJOY: Remove from mold and wrap with airtight plastic wrap. Your newly created melt and pour soap is now ready to use!

CAUTION: Melted soap is hot!  For ages 15 and older.

"Love it!" COMMENTS:  I enjoy using this soap for my small business! I loved being able to buy the soap at a great deal and came in a nice, easy plastic bag inside of the cardboard box. Ingredients were easy to find and it produces a high-quality melt-and-pour soap! Has a very light yellow tint to the base, however, I did not find that this altered my ability to get a nice color. Definitely produces a more transparent appearance of the soap, unlike shea butter or other bases (which wasn't a problem by any means). It was great with the transparency for additives like extra fine glitter and things of that nature! Can't find a better deal currently for this product, will definitely buy again. "DF Hemp 10 lb soap base" COMMENTS:  I was a little leary of this base at first, but after using for 2 batches - I think it is a great base. I think by itself it has a little natural odor, but my fragrance covered it. This base also takes color very well. Blended with charcoal, it makes a great skin cleanser. I'm expecting good success with this at my next craft show. "Melt and pour detergent free hemp soap base" COMMENTS:  I made hemp, tea tree essential oil, activated charcoal face and shampoo bars. Plenty of lather to wash hair and left hair and face soft and felt no residue. The price can't be beat and will be stocking up. It takes scents well and colors very good. First time to be making soap and I think I found a new hobby. Perfect to make gifts and sell on the side. Can't wait to try the other kinds. "Hemp line" COMMENTS:  Great lather nice color you can feel the oil properties. Could be used by itself. Sold my bars before I had them wrapped I used the hemp leafy mold makes a very attractive bar. "Awesome!!" COMMENTS:  Being a lover of all things hemp and Cannibus it made perfect sense to me to purchase this. I started with the two pound block and loved it. "Love this soap" COMMENTS:  I typically use the portioned out soap but for the sake of cost, tried out the larger blocks. While I do dread cutting the big blocks, it all worked out in the end. The packaging does tend to get a bit annoying when the plastic seals itself inside of the soap itself and you have to carefully remove as to not waste soap of leave remains of the packaging in the soap. "Hemp base" COMMENTS:  This base is nice for those wanting to use a hemp based product. It is a bit foggy (not clear) and i find it's durability doesn't last. I go through bars quickly.
