"Beautiful scent, really finicky to wick. " |

COMMENTS: Let me just say this is an amazing scent. It’s complex and calming. Off the bat I got a 16 oz bottle and don’t regret it when it comes to the scent itself.
I tested this in coconut soy wax with wooden wicks. This combination majority of the time gives me phenomenal results with perfect burn characteristics.
I started with 10% fragrance load in my test candles. At 10% the CT was great and the HT was strong in the bathroom I had it in for my first burn test. However, it came at a cost. I had significant burn defects from a dying flame to “charring” on the top layer of melted wax. I don’t want to call it soot because there was nothing on my vessel or anything coming from the flame itself. Whatever it was, looked like it was coming from the flame touching the melted wax from burning so low. I tried multiple size and thickness wood wicks and multiple cotton wick series known to work in the vessel I chose and had no success. I tried all of these same wick tests all the way down to 7%. And while at 7% FO I am getting good burn characteristics (no sooting, proper flame shape and height, not too hot, ect) I am now at such a low level of FO that I’m barely getting a HT and the CT is like non existent. I’m suspecting it’s something with the density of this FO that’s making it finicky to wick and use in soy/soy blend candles at least.
I will try in another wax or two with paraffin and coconut apricot but may just use this for melts if I have the same experience.
Would make a great lotion scent or room spray.

"It’s really not bad. " |

COMMENTS: This reminded me of the Avon ladies back in the 80’s. The fragrance ends with a powder tone. That may be the part that threw me off. However, it’s not bad. A little of this one goes a long way.

COMMENTS: I don't know how to describe this scent other than it's lovely and very relaxing! It performed perfectly in my candles with an excellent scent throw. I don't make soap products, but I could see this being part of a very relaxing bath.

COMMENTS: I don't know what it is in this that I love so much, but I do. I have't used in soap yet, but I got a little of the oil on my fingers and kept smelling it for hours. A very calming and unique scent. If this holds up in soap I will definitely be back for more. :)

COMMENTS: I loved it at first, but it didn't stick around. LOL I really liked this OOB and in my fresh soap, but 2 weeks later and I can barely smell it. Friends couldn't smell it at all. I just rechecked the numbers and because this design had 2 embeds, I actually ended up a smidge over the suggested rate. Now I have a wonderful black cat/full moon soap with no fragrance. Hope it sells on the design alone.

"My favorite lavender scent." |

COMMENTS: I'm not a huge fan of lavender. For one of my first lavender scents I used Brambleberry's Lavender & Dark Amber. A lot of customers loved it, but for me it felt lacking. This scent is much more complex while still smelling distinctly of lavender. I absolutely love it.

COMMENTS: I am in love with this fragrance! I have used it in body butter, bath bombs and my liquid soap. It's wonderful out of the bottle, but it really comes to life in products! It is an excellent men's scent, but I feel like women would love it as well! I personally love it so much that I used it in my hand cream. I will be ordering a larger bottle!

COMMENTS: The name and other reviews grabbed my attention as well as lavender, sandalwood & tonka; however this scent is a bit too powdery sweet church ladyish for my senses, gave me a headache, probably won't use it. Everyone's taste is different, doesn't mean it's bad, just not for me.

COMMENTS: This FO has a lot going on. I couldn't quite pin down what it smells like and oob my husband said it smells like licorice.
I can definitely smell the lavender flower smell mixed with Tonka bean. A little bit of vanilla. I like it.
Smells "natural" I guess you could say. More like an essential oil blend instead of a Fragrance oil.
