COMMENTS: Island Nectar - exfoliating scrub
I’ve purchased this fragrance a few times and each time I advertise it as available, our scrubs sell out in record time. I’m not very good at describing flavors, and this one trips me up every time. Sorry. It is floral, it is sweet and has a tiny bit of a citrus bite… but not too much of either. To me, it is a great blend of all and the smell lingers on your skin for a while which is really nice. Our customers buy this one in our largest containers every spring/summer and we’ve got a handful that are on autoship for it. Definately a favorite!

COMMENTS: Admittedly, "tropical-type" scents aren't really my jam... Many smell a bit too "busy" & overly sweet and/or synthetic to my nose. For those reasons, I really don't work with tropical-type FO's very often. Anything tropical-smelling sells very well in my area though, so I bought this FO based off it's great price & reviews. I figured I'd give it a try, but I also fully expected to dislike it. Boy was I wrong! I don't shop at B&BW, so I can't speak for how accurate of a dupe it is, I just know it's BEAUTIFUL! It's clean, fresh & invigorating; not at all "obnoxious", synthetic-smelling, or overly sweet. It's a lovely fruity-floral with a gorgeous aldehyde-like base note that makes it smell positively addictive! Behaves perfect in CP too; no A, R or S, and no detectable color-changes to my micas either. Smells every bit as awesome in CP application as it does right OOB. No doubt, others will love this, but I'm shocked that even I love it too! BRAVO to the perfumist who created this beauty- it's fantastic!

I soaped with it over a week ago and the soap colors are still bright and colorful. Before I made soap, I made wax melts with this fragrance and they already sold out! Going to keep this stocked in my shop and make body creams and sugar scrubs with it.

COMMENTS: This fragrance oil works beautifully in cold process with only a very tiny acceleration, no seizing or ricing. It slightly discolors, but it isn't noticeable. I used orange and yellow to go for a Hawaiian theme, and these have flown of the shelves at fairs. I had a couple of women comment how it was a lot cheaper than a trip to Hawaii to get the fragrance of what awaits you in your hotel room. I thought that was a lovely way to put yourself there. It must be very evocative of the aromas reminiscent of Hawaii!

COMMENTS: Confession...I only ordered this because it was the fragrance of the month sale. I'd never smelled B&BW version so I had no idea what I'd be getting. I must admit, that I liked it, even out the bottle, but didn't LOVE it. I thought it was just ok, but I was amazed & how much EVERYONE, (man, woman, & child), absolutely loved it. I used it in a scrub first & I got tons of orders just from the people I asked to test it. Then when I used it in my body butters, I too was sold. It's light, fruity, not too overpowering. I sold out immediately so I have to get more, but it was probably my biggest hit from a fragrance I don't yet carry. Even if I didn't like it, (& I don't as much as the customers), I'd carry it just because of the overwhelming response I got from everyone else.

I used it with Clear M&P and Ocean Blue color swirled with White M&P to make a beautiful soap bar that reminds me of the stunning ocean blue waters of Hawaii. If you can't be on vacation, the scent will make you feel as if you are.

COMMENTS: i got this as a free tester and boy am I glad I did!!!! I love it! it does not have too much floral but just enough to satisfy me (I'm a floral girl :) ) and not too much citrus...
It is awesome!!!
I put it in cosmo oval 8 oz bottles and the Tottle 2 oz bottles with glitter and lotion base and called it "Princess Tears" so far, people- (particularly little girls :D ) love it!
It mixed well with my bases and has held its scent well. Also mixed well with glitter.
Very Happy With it!!!
