Lip Balm Filling Tray will allow you to fill 50 standard size round Lip Balm Tubes without the drips or spills and in significantly less time than hand filling. After pouring your lip balm & allowing it to cool, quickly scrape excess balm from the surface with our Flat Spatula Scraper. The neck diameter of a standard tube is approximately 0.55 inches and a great fit for our .15 oz round Lip Balm Tubes. We cannot guarantee that tubes from any other supplier will fit.
Filling Trays should not be used with waxes heated above 140° F.

Q. How do the trays work?
A. Insert top of tube into bottom of tray, pour base on top (ensuring that each tube receives adequate amount of base), scrape excess and allow to cool. Once the base solidifies, remove tubes from tray by pulling out with a twisting motion, place caps on tubes & you’re done!
Q. Are the Filling Trays durable & what are they made of?
A. Yes, they're durable & precision molded from food grade, high density polyethylene (HDPE), the same plastic material from which things like kitchen cutting boards are made.
Q. Is it safe to wash my Filling Tray in the dishwasher?
A. If you have a dishwasher that has a known history of melting plastic on the bottom rack, use only the top rack. Washing trays in the dishwasher may cause warping or damage so hand washing is recommended.
Q. What do I use to scrape off the excess base?
A. We offer Flat Spatula Scrapers
