Directions:
Flip lotion bar filling tray upside down onto a clean surface. It should be text side down. Insert top of lotion bar tubes (sold separately) into tray. Once all lotion tubes are placed, carefully flip the tray and tubes over and set down on counter. Ensure the tubes remain tightly pushed into the tray. Pour melted lotion onto tray and into tubes. Allow to harden. Use a small metal spatula to scrape excess lotion off of tray (this can be saved, re-melted, and poured again). Remove lotion bar tubes from tray, cap, and label.

"Silicone created challenges over a rigid tray" |
COMMENTS: I'm used to using the rigid filling trays that you have for the lip balm tubes. I am very thankful that you made a solution for the larger lotion bar tubes (that didn't exist at one time before), however, because it is made of silicone it did make certain aspects more challenging. 1-It was difficult to load the tubes into the tray evenly because they stuck to the silicone; 2-it was difficult to use the spatula to smooth the tops off after the product had set; 3-it was difficult to remove the tubes from the tray afterwards because the tubes stuck to the silicone. That being said, I definitely appreciate that there IS a tray available for that particular size tube, because I don't have the time nor the patience to carefully fill each tube individually. Thank you for always providing so many quality products! I've used your company since I believe 2008.

"Please remake this!" |
COMMENTS: This is actually not even usable for lotion bars unless you are planning on doing all 50 at once. With my plastic lip balm ones if you don't do all of them you can prop one end with a balm tube or two. But with silicone it is floppy unless you fill the entire thing. Even then it is much more difficult to use than the plastic ones. Please make a hard plastic one for your wonderful .5 oz tubes! Love the tubes, hate the filling tray!
