COMMENTS: These neons are fantastic!! So far, every color that I've tried is perfect! They stay true in cp, and are so vibrant! They are also great for blending with micas. I love this blue with boom box blue or lapis blue in soap, to make the perfect shade!

COMMENTS: This is the most brilliant blue I've ever seen in CP soap! Against black it definitely looks to be a "neon" but, combine it with white and you will have the most incredible Ice blue color you could ever imagine! Will definitely keep ordering this one!
