Staff Answer This would, of course, depend on how deep you want the color but you can start with 1/8 teaspoon per pound of soap. We recommend mixing into the oils. Staff Answer This color is not a mica. We have corrected those previous answers. The Red 28 would be certified when added to this mixture. Staff Answer These neon powders do not need to be certified. Blended colors like this do not need to be certified. You also give a recipe to use in bath fizzy powde. I am being told that this is not FDA approved although under your info it states it is FDA approved. Very confused." Staff Answer This neon powder is safe to use in lip, soap and bath bombs. When colors are blended to make a new product, they do not need certification.
