"Can you tell me if these bags measure exactly 4"x 3" or do they vary greatly? My wedding favor soaps are exactly 3"x 3"! I don't want to order 100 of these to find out they are the wrong size. If you are measuring soap that is 3x3 and are expecting to put it into a bag that is 4x3, it will not fit. The reason why is because you forgot to measure the sides of the soap. When a bag has to go around an item it has to form 4 sides not just 2.
