Beautifully crafted with a Celtic styling, the Paw Print Soap Mold Tray makes nine square soaps, perfect for cleaning up mutts and kids alike.

Milky Way Soap Molds can tolerate temperatures of 135ºF to145ºF. Above these temperatures, warping may occur. Soap is easiest to release 12-24 hours after cooling.
Wash molds in warm, sudsy water. Please avoid the dishwasher because that can warp your molds or make them brittle.

Directions:
Melt & Pour Soap: Pour melted soap at a temperature no hotter than 135ºF into mold. Cool until soap has hardened. Remove soap from mold, and slice into bars. For easier unmolding, place into freezer for 30 minutes, and then immerse bottom of the mold in hot water for a few moments. Do not use cooking spray to coat mold.
Cold Process Soap: Coat the mold with cooking spray. Pour soap at trace into mold. After 24 hours, flip mold over onto a clean surface. Gently push the back of the mold until the soap begins to release then pull the soap out of the mold with a gloved hand. Slice into bars. Allow soap to cure for 4-8 weeks. Note that some cp soap recipes may require a week to harden enough to remove from the mold. If this is the case with your recipe, we recommend adding sodium lactate to your recipe to assist with creating a harder bar faster.
Lotion Bars: Pour melted lotion bar mixture into mold at a temperature no hotter than 135ºF. Allow mixture to solidify. Flip mold over onto clean surface. Gently push back of mold until lotion bar begins to release then pull bar out of mold. Slice into lotion bars.
Care:
Wash in warm, sudsy water. Please avoid the dishwasher because that can warp your molds or make them brittle.

COMMENTS: I purchased this mold quite a long time ago, so I'm a bit late on giving my review... but it's been years since I bought it, and it's still in excellent condition, even after using it quite a few times. I use the Detergent Free Oatmeal MP base, with a touch of Lavandin, for my doggy soaps - and they are always a huge seller ??

COMMENTS: This mold makes the perfect size bar for doggie soap. It allows you to fill in the recesses with different colors if you wish. I wish this was made in a silicone mold because the plastic is difficult to release. But I love the end product and the size.

COMMENTS: I bought the paw mold to make the nose & paw lotion bars. I work at a vet clinic where I sell the bars. I give back 20% of sales to the strays. They have been a big hit because they are so cute! I just ordered more molds. The only downside is that the bars need to be cut to separate.

COMMENTS: Love the paw prints. All the animal lovers that come to the market absolutely love these soaps for their dogs. I scent with lavender & eucalyptus and color the pads black, then a little white background within the circle and then fill up the rest of the tray with another solid color. Unmolding and cutting is a breeze. Highly recommend.

COMMENTS: Doesn't matter what colors you use with this mold, it just turns out cute bars of soap. One of my favorites and it makes 9 good sized bars. I use it for my dog soaps and my customers love the design. Not often you get a mold with so many cavities that has such a great pattern.

COMMENTS: This makes very cute bars. The trays are so easy to use. 9 bars pop right out after cooling and you cut them apart. It can not be any easier than that. The print is deep so you can put a different color in that and color the rest of the bar differently. Washes with warm water. Spritz with alcohol like I do to be sure the mold are clean.

COMMENTS: This is a cute little mold . . .I can't decide whether to use it for pet paw lotion bars, or to make novelty mp soaps representing our local school mascot. COMMENTS: I generally prefer silicone molds to hard plastic but this one is great. After a few minutes in the freezer, the soap popped right out of the mold with no problem. I find its generally much harder to get soap out of these plastic molds. Each square made a 4.5-ounce bar which turned out to be a great size. I might even order a second one!

COMMENTS: I bought this mold to use in soaps that I will be donating portions of proceeds to a local animal shelter. I love the picture on these, so simple yet so fun. COMMENTS: As I am involved in feline rescue and fostering, I will be using this mold a lot. I plan to make soaps with it for some of our fundraisers and also for gifts to my veterinarian and her staff. They will get a kick out of this. I will probably have to order a couple more of these.
