Our liquid Perfume Base is perfect for creating perfumes, colognes, and body sprays. It's paraben-free, non-sticky, and won't clog a fine-mist sprayer.
Simply add up to 30% fragrance or essential oil, package, and label accordingly.
NOTE: Natural waxes contained in FO's and EO's can solidify in this base if the product becomes too cold. Prevent and eliminate this problem by cooling and filtering prior to end use and/or sale.
This base cannot ship outside the contiguous US.

This product conforms to the reporting requirements of California Proposition 65 (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986). We are conforming to the regulation by reporting the existence, or lack thereof, of ingredients deemed reportable by the above mentioned regulations via a Safety Data Sheet (SDS), in Section 15 "Regulatory Information." Ingredients from Natural Food Sources (NFS) and are exempt from reporting in accordance with Title 27, § 25501(a). |

Directions:
Measure out your base. Add up to 30% fragrance directly to the base - no modifier needed.
To create specific perfume types, add the following % of FO* to base:
- Parfum = 20-30%
- Eau de Parfum (EDP) = 15-20%
- Eau de Toilette (EDT) = 5-15%
- Eau de Cologne (EDC) = 2-4%
- Eau Fraîche = 1-3%
When crafting perfumes with this product, please allow time for the alcohol note to macerate (soften and waste away) - this may take anywhere from 1-3 days. Industry standard for commercial perfumes is 30 days. You can use this base at 5% in your vegetable oil based perfumes to add a cooling effect and aid in evaporation.
*Always make sure to check IFRA usage rates.

COMMENTS: Arrives in plastic bottle not the glass bottle shown on the advertisement. You’ll need to purchase glass bottles form another manufacturer if you want the store the finished product in a decent glass bottle.

COMMENTS: I was a little intimidated by perfume making, but this base really makes it easy. As long as you’re using good high quality fragrance oils and following instructions, you get great results. I’ve gotten many compliments on my testers so far, and just sold my first bottle with rave reviews. (I’m using it for parfum & EDP)
