COMMENTS: I used it in my shower steamers and it worked just great. My steamers came out right they were not to wet. The polysorbate helped to protect the liquid from overobsorbing the the dry ingredients such as the citric acid which you do not want to activate before you put out your steamers.

COMMENTS: Keeps colors and oils from sticking around in the tub after bath bombs. I use at about half of my oils (30g oil. 10-15g poly80). It is very thick. But each capful is about 8g. That's probably not the PC way of measuring it, but works better than accidentally pouring too much into the oils.

COMMENTS: Performs well, helps colors disperse in bath fizzies. Also works great to help activated charcoal leave less of a ring in the tub and rinse cleaner when used in bath products, including scrubs. As this poly 80 is thick, a dispenser lid would be handy (I purchased 16 oz). Its a typical bottle mouth which makes it difficult to poor a small amount and its so thick a pipette doesn’t work. I recommend pouring into a small container with a pour spout before adding to full recipe if using less than an ounce, to make sure you don’t over pour.

COMMENTS: I did so much research before deciding to use this in my bath bombs. When trying to nail down a recipe I was reading about this mysterious (to me) ingredient. After understanding how it should keep my oil and micas I use in my bath bombs dispersed I knew I needed to try it. I also didn't realize that it also makes it easier to clean the bathtub after because so much doesn't stick around the tub.

COMMENTS: This has worked great in my bombs when I use micas. I also use a touch at times to emulsify the oils in my bath bombs even when I am using water soluble dyes. It does make those bombs feel slightly less moisturizing though so depending on what you are looking for in your bombs you may want to use it or skip it if you don't need it for your colorants.

COMMENTS: A great product, smells very faintly of olives but the scent disappears when it's incorporated into the rest of the mixture. I prefer to mix my various pigments/dyes in with this before adding it to the dry mix since it prevents my hands from getting stained. I'm also incredibly happy that it comes in such a durable plastic bottle. (I'm not a graceful person and constantly knock things over) If you happen to get it in your carpet don't try to work it out by hand, you'll just make a foamy mess. Use a carpet cleaning machine and go over it a couple times instead.

COMMENTS: I am fairly new to the diy bath & body world so when I started making bath bombs, I used micas and watched in horror as the color became a paint-like substance covering skin and the surfaces. This Poly 80 is fantastic in dispersing the mica throughout the water. I also love that it's a more natural alternative!

COMMENTS: Bought for my daughter as she is a bath bomb fizzie fanatic. Since using this,there is no oily residue left around the tub. Which she loves as she does not have the job of scrubbing that icky ring off after each bath.

COMMENTS: I use Polysorbate 80 in my bath bombs. It allows water soluble or dispersible colors to mix with my butters before I add my color to the mix. That's really helpful if you are working with liquid dyes that are hard to work in to the dry mix. I have made some pretty bright (darker) colored bombs and I have no issues with tub staining using this product and water soluble dyes.

COMMENTS: I use this in my Bath Bombs to help keep the mica from sticking to the tub mainly. I love how this elevated my bath bomb recipe. I hated seeing that ring of mica and it wasn't appealing. This solved all my problems with that!

COMMENTS: Before using Poly 80 my lotions had serious separation issues with the fragrance oils. Poly 80 eliminated that issue and I have no concerns about my products being returned or customers being unhappy with them.
