Premium Goat Milk MP Soap Base - 10 lb Block

International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI):
Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Stearate, Sodium Myristate, Sodium Laurate, Goat Milk, Yellow 5, Titanium Dioxide.

Common Name Ingredient Listing (FDA Approved):
Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Stearic Acid, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Myristic Acid, Lauric Acid, Goat Milk, Yellow 5, Titanium Dioxide.

Directions:

MELT: Determine amount of melt and pour soap base needed for your project. Carefully slice soap base into small pieces and place in microwave safe container. Heat on low at 30 second intervals. Stir between intervals until liquid. Handle hot soap carefully as it may burn the skin. Soap can also be melted in a double boiler.

MOLD: Stir in cosmetic color, cosmetic scent, and skin safe additives. Pour into a Crafter's Choice mold. Spritz soap surface with rubbing alcohol to remove bubbles. Allow to cool until hard.

ENJOY: Remove from mold and wrap with airtight plastic wrap. Your newly created melt and pour soap is now ready to use!

CAUTION: Melted soap is hot!  For ages 15 and older.

"Melt and Pour Premium Goats milk soap base" COMMENTS:  I absolutely LOVE this melt and pour soap base. I use it to make all my melt and pour soaps. It melts easily and holds a fragrance nicely. My family and friends are always asking for me to make more of my molded soap with this soap. It lathers nicely and makes my skin feel like its been moisturized. It is the best soap I have ever used. "My 2nd Review of this soap base" COMMENTS:  Loving this soap base! Creamy lather and very white in color compared to the more beige color of other brands I've used. In my previous review I complained that I only received 9 pounds instead of 10. I just received a surprise package today of 2 more pounds of this soap base to make up for the mistake! "Easy Peasy MP soap" COMMENTS:  This Goat Milk MP soap is wonderful. I'm getting repeat customers and actually running out at times. I add colorants to go along with the scents. Making 5 lb. trays at a time. I just don't like taking so much time in getting it out of the packaging. "Love the creamy texture! Great to work with." COMMENTS:  I love how creamy this MP is! It's very easy to work with in all my molds. The only thing I did not like was the bag it came in. I could tell that it was poured into the bag which once the soap dried, the bag was stuck in the soap and hard to remove. "Very gentle for my skin" COMMENTS:  I love the goat milk MP soap. I use it with oatmeal and honey and my skin reacts well to it. I did have a slight problem when I purchased the 10 lb block, as the plastic bag around it was incorporated into the soap and I had a hard time cutting it out. Very frustrating! But the soap base itself is wonderful! I make my grandchildren bars with it, as they have eczema and it helps them. "Very rich and good against the skin" COMMENTS:  I love this soap base so much. "Love, love, love this base" COMMENTS:  This base is great, love it for nearly all of my soap creations. The issue I have with this is the packaging it came in. Appears to have been poured into a blue bag, which was ok. Issue was could not get it out of the bag. The bag was stuck in the soap and got some out but not all. I have to be very careful with this to keep the bag from causing issues with the soap when I am melting it, plus it is difficult to get out of the soap once melted. Not sure how everyone is working around this, but I think I will have to go back to the 2 lb trays. Price is great, but the work it takes just to get it out of and off of the bag makes me think the trays are a much better option. Staff Answer We do not carry a suspension soap base. The Premium Soap Bases are our highest quality and best lathering soap bases. To help suspend ingredients, we recommend letting the soap cool and thicken slightly.
