Measures 102mm x 102mm (4.02" x 4.02")
This shrink wrap band is recommended for bars of soap with an 8" circumference. Most common use is to provide a protective label cover to bars of soap. Perforated for easy removal.
When heat is applied, the ban can shrink up to 40% of original size.
Directions:
Place item into the proper size shrink band. Use a heat gun or a hair dryer to shrink the band.

"Shrinks with a nice hard shiny surface" |

COMMENTS: I really like these shrink wraps for standard size bars of soap. They react nicely to heat and shrink to a shiny hard surface for stickers. I will say that one out of every 20 will shrink and cause the tear away strip to tear. I have learned to hold that spot while using heat so this does not happen.

COMMENTS: These were the perfect size for both my melt and pour soaps as well as my cold process soaps! They were easy to use with my heat gun and didn't get holes while I was heating them up. I especially like that they are perforated, making it easy to remove when it's time to use the soap. I will be purchasing these again for sure! I also like that it leaves a small portion on each side of the soap exposed so that you can still smell the fragrance of the soap.

COMMENTS: I used to shrink wrap my soaps with regular shrink bags, but since I discovered the shrink bands, it has absolutely made a difference in the way I pavkage my products. It saves me so much time. The soaps fit perfectly, and I don't have to cut excess or struggle to seal them. Love it.

COMMENTS: I absolutely love these! The fit my soaps perfectly and my favorite part about these is they leave openings on the sides or the bottom for smelling! The perforation makes them easy to open without scratching the soap however they do tend to hear quite a lot while shrinking them.. However out of a 250 pack maybe 15 ripped so I suppose that's not too bad. It's bound to happen with the perforation. I will buy again and again.

COMMENTS: I bet these work like a charm for CP soaps. I am trying to use with MP soap. The soap sticks to the plastic when I'm trying to put it around the bar and I end up fighting with it and the band gets shmeary. I hate using my shrinkwrap
machine, but these bands were not an alternative for me.

COMMENTS: The perfect way to shrink wrap. A little heat goes a long way. Though it may be a little too much heat needed for melt and pour soap. Use a light gentle touch. Otherwise, a great affordable option especially if you work in small batches.

I absolutely love the way my soaps look in these bands and having the open sides is a big bonus due to the fact that you can still smell the fragrance. COMMENTS: This changed the look of my soap tenfold! I used regular shrink wrap on a big roll. While it was cost effective, it cost me too much time and nerves. Sometimes cheap has a price-my soaps never looked that great. With these wrap bands and the perforation they look so much more professional. The plastic is much shinier and harder. The sides are open which is best for CP soap so it can still breathe.
I will not use anything else.

These bands work perfectly for my soaps that are not your standard size. These bands are more square. The regular size bands I tried wound up looking oversized & not professionally done. But these bands work great with my more square soap size. Glad I ran across them & will continue using this size shrink wrap bands.

They were so happy to have the ends open where they could get a good whiff of the fragrance, I was tickled pink! Thanks for having these, they are a dream for any soap maker to have for cold or hot pressed soap. I like that the sides are open to allow people to smell the soap without touching the whole bar. These do take a little practice to figure out how best to put the soap in and then how to use the heat gun. I "lost" 4 to learning, then they were super easy to use. I do like the perforated strip that makes opening them fast and easy. I recommend using a heat gun and keep it moving over the wrap so you don't get a melt through. Labels stick easily to wrap. I wish these type of bands came one size larger for high top soaps.

COMMENTS: I use these soap bands on my M & P Goat Milk 4 oz. soap bars. They work great, but, they will come apart at the perforation if you're not careful. They fit good leaving the ends of the bars open, making it easy for customers to smell the scent of the soap. However, also leaves the ends exposed to being touched, which I don't like!! To fix this issue, after shrink wrapping the soap, I put them in a cello zip bag with a vent hole which protects the ends from being touched but the customer can still smell the soap scent! My method of packaging is a little more expensive but, well worth it to me.

COMMENTS: I use these for all my soaps. My tall skinny bars measure 3.5 x 2.75 x 1 and they fit perfectly leaving a little open on the top and bottom for sniffing. I found for my 3" round soaps that if I cut 1/2 inch off of the end it works great too. The best part is if your bars shrink a bit more you can just hit them with a little heat and shrink the bands some more. It takes a bit of practice but I found shrinking the ends first to anchor the band, then heat the sides, back and then front works best for me. Try not to hit the perforated seam with the heat gun or it will open.

COMMENTS: I was skeptical because of mixed reviews that these wouldn't fit, but I've just tried them out on a few different sized bars and other than cutting them down a bit to fit smaller bars, they've worked great on every bar I have. Some bars were 1.5-3lb loaves cut 1/2 to 3/4 inches thick (height varying depending on loaf size), they fit every one. And I squeezed a close to 4lb loaf bar and that fit! I also have a 12 bar square silicone mold and a 4oz square bar also worked great with these wraps. I'm so excited to wrap up all my soaps and get my shop off the ground! Thank you so much for carrying the perfect product!!! Will definitely be buying these again

COMMENTS: These make professional looking packaging so easy! Just slide in a bar and heat with a hair dryer or heat gun! I love them! Makes having everything look uniform easy as pie! Not to mention the open ends leave plenty of soap open to breath and for consumersto be able to smell the bar! Great base to put labels on top of or to protect labels underneath. Easily removed with a convenient perforation!

COMMENTS: Very easy to get the hang of these and they give a classy look to both my round and rectangle soaps. My round ones are 2 1/2 in diameter and my rectangular are 2X3X1. Take care around the zip and hold it under your thumb to keep it from splitting.

COMMENTS: I use these on all of my soaps. Easy to use and used with a heat gun (not a hair dryer) they give you a smooth professional finish to all your soaps while allowing your cool designs to be viewed. Love them!
Only complaint is that they are out of stock a lot :( ...so order early and enough so you don't run out!

COMMENTS: These bands are just a bit bigger than those sold by another company, but it's an important bit! They fit almost all of my soaps and are so much easier than other methods. However, I could not get the hang of the perforations. About 50% of the time, the perforations would pull apart before I was done evening out the rest of the wrap. If you have trouble, here's what I do: Before I apply heat, I put a piece of tape over the perforations. Then right before I am done shrinking the rest of the plastic, I pull off the tape and carefully apply heat along the perforation.

I looked into different ways to package them and decided to try these soap bands. I would be remiss if I did not mention that my hairdryer would not shrink then so I bought an inexpensive heat gun and have never looked back. They are easy to use and protect the soaps. COMMENTS: The 102 x 102 shrink wrap bands (soap bands) did make my finished soaps look professionally packaged. However I wish the video demonstrated how to properly use them. The video only demonstrated how to use the shrink wrap bags by applying heat after taping the bags shut. I knew this before I purchased but thought "how difficult could this be?" Well, it took me more than a few tries to get it just right but ultimately, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I am ordering more today. Would have given 5 stars if the directions were more clear.

COMMENTS: Picked these up during a sale to try out and love them! Cigar bands just aren't for me, they hide all the pretty designs I put into my soap. These are perfect! One side has a label, the other is clear and open so you can see the work I put into the way it looks! Sides are open on the end so you can still get great smell from it as well.
Word of caution, don't leave your heat gun on the perforated area for too long! You will cause them to tear early!

They fit my 5-5.5oz bars perfectly. With just a hairdryer they don't shrink all the way, and there can be some wrinkles but I'm hoping an actual heat gun helps with that.

COMMENTS: I switched from cigar bands to shrink wrap thinking that it would be temporary for Christmas shows... I ended up loving the shrink wrap and will keep on using these bands. Customers love that they can still smell the soaps but the soaps are protected. I use a heat gun made to strip paint for a heat source.

COMMENTS: These bands were easy to use, so I was pretty happy with that, but I did find that they were not the right size for my soap. I ordered them thinking I could use them on my 3" round bars (cut at about 1" thick, molded in PVC pipes), but I ended up needing to cut down each band roughly 1/2" to get a nice smooth final product. These bands were also a bit tight on some of my bars.

COMMENTS: Shrink perfectly, doesn't develop holes easily like most shrink films do. Great size, great concept (leaving the ends of bars open). I bought this to see if I could replace my current system of shrink wrapping CP soap, which is a full wrap using biodegradable, scent-permeable PLA film. As much as I like the convenience of a pre-cut sleeve, I decided not the make the switch simply because these soap wraps aren't biodegradable.

COMMENTS: I cannot count how many times I've tried to change my soap packaging and in the end I always come back to these soap bands. Very easy to use. Slide the soap in and label. I stack about 10 soaps at a time. Press down on the soaps from the top and using the heat gun I first do the bottom, spin around, do the top and then grab one bar at a time and finish the shrink wrap process. This method takes me 1-2 min per soap...easy peasy! Plus, my customers love them. They say they love the sides of the bands to smell the soap but they have enough coverage to put in the linen closet. I wish they were taller to accommodate my textured tops.

COMMENTS: The plastic is pretty thick and rigid and protects my soap very well. I like that the ends are open and there is a perforated zip which I place on the bottom of the bar. The downside being, sometimes the plastic is so thick and hard that it's hard to get it off the soap, even with the zipper.

COMMENTS: These bands really give my soaps a professional finish. The band holds my cigar band labels in place and leaves the ends open for some air flow as well as sniffers! The perforation also makes unwrapping simple for my customers.
I've found that they're a touch too wide for some of my soaps, but I just slice off a bit and use those bits to seal small jars, so for me, it's more like 2 products!
Best feature is that I can shrink these puppies using a plain old hair dryer. No special heat equipment necessary!

COMMENTS: I used these bands on about 70 bars of soap yesterday, with a newly purchased heat gun (on low option of dual speed style gun). After the first one or 2 wraps, I got the "hang of it" - waving the heat gun across, to avoid over-heating the band.I wanted the tear strip on the bottom, and found that a quick wave over the bottom to position that first, worked out very well. Buying more today!

COMMENTS: I like these bags for my soap bars because it allows the ends to remain open. Therefore, my customers can smell the soap, and the soap continues to get air and cure, even when packaged. I started wrapping with another type of shrink wrap, and when I would get the heat gun too close, it would split the wrap. That DOESN'T happen with these. I will continue to order these for all my bar soaps!

COMMENTS: These shrink bands are really great. In the beginning I total destroyed three. However, the fourth band I took another approach. I place the soap in the band stood the soap upright pinch the band tight on top laid it flat on the counter. Then I had my hair dryer on hot/high started from the bottom, sides and top. Then blew the front and back of soap until smooth. Voilà it was perfect. These are just to big to cut for samples. Will buy again.

COMMENTS: I bought these bands for my artisan soap line and find that these work very well and save me so much time. The soap slips into the band easily and I just use a hair dryer to shrink the band. I shrink wrap about 8 at a time and this allows me to keep my assembly line process going. They shrink up very clear and I am able to label the finished product without any problems.

COMMENTS: This is my second order for 1,000 shrink wrap bands which I use on my 5 ounce rectangle bars. Since I sell my soap at a lot of outdoor craft venues, the oppressive heat and sun can make my soap ucky. The shrink wrap bands solved that problem. I use a heat gun. The trick is to not get the heat too close or the perforation will split.

COMMENTS: Since Cold Process soap needs to breathe (even after its cured), these bands work very well. They are open on the sides which allows for continuous ventilation. They are very easy to use: apply a heat source and the band shrinks around the soap. Just a note, a heat gun makes the bands shrink better/smoother than a hair dryer. These bands will give your soap a professional finish and protect the soaps at the same time. I highly recommend them.

COMMENTS: Because I build my own wooden molds, my soap tends to be a little taller than most shrink wraps can accommodate. These wraps have a little more space in them, and can even handle some raised texture on the top of the bars. I've been using these since the beginning and I really do recommend them as economical packaging that keeps the bars clean (from customers picking up and smelling the bars) yet allows for the scent to come through the openings on either side. I place a front label with the name and another label with the ingredients on the back. The clear wrap allows the beauty of the soap to show through, as well as the logo that I stamp on each bar. I simply can't do without these wraps!

COMMENTS: I ordered these shrink wrap bands for my cold process soap bars. Was disappointed to find out they do not fit my bars of soap. My soaps measure 3 1/2 " x 2 1/2 1 inch " x 1". I will use these for my guest bar soaps which are 2 ounces in size, since they don't fit the regular soap bars. Still great product.

COMMENTS: I wrap my soap in kraft paper. Always have but; I find people want to see want they look like when we do our Craft Shows. These bands allows us to show what each soap looks like and keeps fingers off the actual display soap and they can smell the soap on the sides of the bands. This band save us wrapping time.

COMMENTS: I love the look of these on the cp soap. Ends stay open so soap can continue to breathe. Very professional looking. Easy to use. Just slide the soap in, turn the hair dryer on high, and it's done.
