COMMENTS: I always forget to check reviews when trying to make a more complicated soap about whether it will accelerate or rice, but while there was some acceleration, it wasn't too bad and I had enough time to pour and swirl. I think the scent is nice clean salty-ocean scent and is would be a great unisex scent.

COMMENTS: IMO this scent smells more like the Irish spring commercial soap, but the men in my house really liked it. I read the reviews, and was prepare for the acceleration, but to me it did not accelerate so bad. I even had time for a quick swirl.

COMMENTS: I typically seek out FOs that do not rice or accelerate because I’m a newbie, which is why I picked this one. But I was saddened to see that it mildly riced and accelerated my batter. It wasn’t horrible enough that it was unusable. But was a surprise for sure.

COMMENTS: Great scent! Love it, definitely be careful mixing this one though, because it did accelerate a bit quicker than other fragrance oils I've used from here. Almost lost a batch to it, but was able to make the thicker batter look like choppy waves instead :)

COMMENTS: I bought this scent and expected it to be like a salty water scent. When I received it, I was pleasantly surprised. It's a nice wearable scent for men. COMMENTS: That's not what the South Pacific smells like...
It is, however, kind of a generic smell I associate with soap.
It's not unpleasant. It sticks to my soap, didn't seize my batter, or otherwise complicate the soap making process.
I used about just over a ounce of this FO in a recipe with 30 ounces of oil. The scent is strong.
My wife and kids like it.

COMMENTS: I use this scent in all of my mermaid products, and everyone loves it! This is best described as a fresh beachy scent. I use it in melt and pour, whipped soap, and bath fizzles. Scent holds great in all of them and has no vanilla, so you don't have to worry about an ugly color change.

COMMENTS: I made a layered CP soap with an MP "sun" embed. I was going for a sunset on the ocean look. Fortunately, I had read its a fast mover therefore I planned accordingly. The soap is fully cured and the scent has held. It's a bit on the light side so next time I'll add a bit more FO.

COMMENTS: While I didn't like the smell out of the bottle or on blending stick, the reviews were so high that I thought it might smell better on cure. So I started with something simple; fizzies (since someone else said that their clients loved this scent in theirs). No. It doesn't smell like the ocean (I live by the ocean), it smells like cheap room deodorizer. And it doesn't get better with time. I'm amazed at how many people like this, but - it's just not me. Now I need to figure out what to do with the rest of this.

"Fabulous masculine scent" |

COMMENTS: I was expecting something beachy, but this is more of a clean arctic scent. It's very masculine, and quite strong, but I'm crazy about it in cologne sprays and lotions. I use it for my men's line and it goes over very well. If you're on the fence, just be sure you're looking for something that smells like a cross between Dolce & Gabbana and Cool Water. One last thing, the scent lasts crazy long. I put a little on my forearms and could still smell it the next morning after a 7 hour sleep.

COMMENTS: This smells AMAZING, and so very strong. But holy smokes does it ever accelerate and heat up. I had to throw my cylinder mold in a bucket of ice, that baby was headed for nuclear meltdown after the pour. But it was worth it!

COMMENTS: I like this scent because it's very clean and unisex. It sticks ok in CP soap. I mix it with another scent, but it's great on its own. It riced a little, but I mixed it with oil from the batch the second time and it was not a problem.

COMMENTS: I used this FO for my cold process sea salt soap bars, and the spa-like, beachy scent matches perfectly! Behaved well in my soap recipe with no acceleration or discoloration. Strong and very pleasant scent; doesn't seem to require a lot of fragrance to get the desired smell. Great price! You won't regret buying this one, perfect unisex scent for all of your handmade products!

COMMENTS: This is one of my best selling scents. I don't blend it with anything, it's perfect as it is. It has a crisp fresh smell that men and women love. It behaves very well in cold process soap - it doesn't accelerate trace and it sticks well. It does turn a pale lavender in CP soap, but no one seems to mind.

COMMENTS: I really like the South Pacific Waters Fragrance! It smells like a vacation. My customers love this scent! The nice thing about this fragrance is that it is fairly gender neutral.
I use this in lotions and soap and love it. I love that all the Crafters Choice Labels also show the flashpoint of the oil. That is very helpful during the soapmaking process!

COMMENTS: This is one of my favorites from my most recent order. Unisex, fresh scent. A nice "soapy" smell, but quite unique. Very strong fragrance, would probably use less next time (used about 0.8 oz pp of oil -- 0.5 would probably be perfect).
