Directions:

DIRECTIONS:  For liquid products, powder is best dissolved in distilled water and then added to the formula. For dry products, add desired amount of powder dye to dry ingredients.  This is a very concentrated powder.  Incorporate color into the formula slowly, using amount as desired.  Adding this color to a white base will produce a beautiful pastel color. Adding this color to a clear base will produce a stain glass clear color. 

TIPS:Using too much color may cause staining. Test your final product to insure optimal performance and no staining. Protect work areas and clothing when mixing.

STORAGE: Store in an airtight, cool, dark location. When stored properly, best used within 1 year from date of purchase.

CAUTION: Approved for general cosmetics. Not approved for eye and lip products.  For external use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not inhale.

"A Little Goes a Long Way!" COMMENTS:  This powder makes a great magenta color and clear bar of soap. I dissolved it in a bit of isopropyl alcohol before putting it in my soap, otherwise, it seemed like I couldn't get all of the pink specks out. Staff Answer You are correct. Only the bulk size in the Stained Glass dye powders are certified for bath bomb use. You can use the stained glass liquids. Staff Answer Migration means the colors will bleed into other layers of your soap. If you are making a soap with multiple layers, it is best to use pigments or oxides as these do not migrate. You can use this in bath bombs and it will tint the bath water once it is dissolved. "I love this color in bath bombs. I find the powder form works best but it's very sensitive to light and fades rapidly. Is there a UV inhibitor I could use with the powder form?
