True purple clear color. This color works best in clear products and will turn gray in white products. It is not concentrated.

Directions:
DIRECTIONS: Incorporate the liquid color into formula slowly, using amount as desired. Adding this color to a white base will produce a beautiful pastel color. Adding this color to a clear base will produce a stained glass clear color. TIPS: Using too much color may cause staining. Test your final product to insure optimal performance and no staining. Protect work areas and clothing when mixing. STORAGE: Store in an airtight, cool, dark location. When stored properly, best used within 1 year from date of purchase. CAUTION: Approved for general cosmetics. Not approved for eye and lip products. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

COMMENTS: So it mixes in water but I put it in with my wet ingredients (oils and poly 80). I do this because adding this liquid color directly to my dry mix bath bomb ingredients makes it react too much. I've also added it on its own to my combined wet and dry ingredients to add more color. Just dropping it in the oils where it is suspended made it much easier to incorporate into my dry ingredients and I found I could use a lot more when I did this. I have not made a pure purple bomb but I used this to darken and add a purple hue to some of my darker bombs and it works fantastic. All of the stained glass colors worked well this way for me. The stained glass colors alone without a powder made a nice consistent color in the bath water. I got this one from the sample pack and it is so worth the money. No ring in tub, no residue, no skin staining in bath.

COMMENTS: I used this to make soap & it colored it nicely; however, it didn't do so well in my bath bombs. I've having a horrible time with that, because the mica's turned the base gray. This did turn the base a light purple; however it set off the mixture to the point that I didn't think I could incorporate enough to color the batch without completely messing it up. Again, this is great for soaping but I'd steer clear for bath bombs

COMMENTS: I love using the stained glass colors to give my lotions a little tiny to match the scent. I've loved all the ones I've gotten but the purple just doesn't come out of the bottle as easy in the sample size. It also needs more drops compared to say red, blue, etc. Still a great option, just takes some patience!

COMMENTS: This color looks very dark when in the bottle. Once I took it out and started mixing it with my soap, I noticed it was super light. With this color you need more to desire a darker shade if that is what you are wanting, but the color itself is very nice.

COMMENTS: I agree with the customer who noted how difficult it is to obtain the perfect shade of lavender. Shading and colors can be very tricky. This is a beautiful color and I will use it primarily for shower gels although when I need that perfect shade of purple or lavender in M&P, this will be my weapon of choice.

COMMENTS: I bought this to make a lotion and shower gel combo for my daughter-in-law for Valentine's Day. I used these liquid suspension shower gel and added this purple to it along with the purple glitter and it turned out beautiful! I scented with the Lavendar fo and it also smells as good as it looks! She will love this for the color alone, but the lovely fragrance is an added plus!

COMMENTS: I love these colors, they are mostly true to match and a little goes a long way so it is price effective as well. This one is a bit less than the others because it is very light. If someone wants a true purple, it would not happen with this color without going over FDA limits. Clear bases obviously work better than the opaque ones but still waaay to light.
