Sweet Almond Oil is thought to have excellent penetrating qualities and good spread-ability on the skin, making it ideal as a massage oil or as a carrier oil for cosmetics and treatment products. We use Sweet Almond Oil in everything from beard oils, sugar scrubs, lotion bars and much more!

COMMENTS: I'm so happy I ordered Sweet Almond oil. I think it's been a great game changer for my CP soaps. It doesn't cause any problems with my soap batter. I have found that it helps my sister with her dry skin and even my daughter with oily skin can use soap made with this oil. I plan on using Sweet Almond oil from now on in my CP recipes.

COMMENTS: This oil will give soaps and lotions a silky, luxurious feel while still being in a modest price range. I add a small amount to goat's milk lotion, CP soap, and shampoo bars. I haven't ever noticed a color or smell coming through in my products, so it's a nice neutral choice. Just make sure that your customers aren't allergic to nuts; I've had a number of requests to leave it out.

COMMENTS: This sweet almond oil along with some others are my staple ingredients. They bring so much benefit to my products and especially to my body butters. I cannot do without this and other base oils. It makes the skin feel so soft and moisturized. Customers are always happy with the results and become return customers. I wish that there was an unrefined version though so there can be some almond smell to it though. It think that would be more benefits with unrefined.

COMMENTS: I have REALLY dry skin and I have read all over the place about how amazing sweet almond oil is. I must say that my experience with it wasn't that great. I use straight oil (mixed with a few drops of water) on my face at night as my moisturizer. Having a comedogenic rating of 2 I thought it wouldn't cause me any problems, but it definitely caused me to break out on my face. I have since switched to a combination of argan and shea butter for my face (both have a comedogenic rating of 0).
I have tried using this oil in other ways, such as lotions, sugar scrubs, etc. It does just fine, but I didn't find it to do anything that other oils don't do. I prefer other oils like sunflower, rice bran, argan, EVOO and avocado. But that is my skin type (dry and sensitive)...I am sure that it could be amazing for others.

COMMENTS: I love sweet almond oil, I love this in the larger size! It's a good quality, always fresh and gives my bars a wonderful silky feel. I use ground walnut shells to complete a "nutty" bar and this oil is sooo nice. Also make a sugar scrub with it, a good all around high quality oil. So many applications!

COMMENTS: This is a nice oil that I have only used once so far, but I've got lots of things that I want to make with it. It has no scent, so it's easy to scent however you want. It did feel a bit greasy, but being new to oils I'm assuming that's just the nature of the oil itself. I feel like everything I've purchased from this company has been of good value, and this is no different. The container was filled completely to the rim, taking me by surprise when I opened it. I will continue to buy this.

COMMENTS: Sweet Almond Oil is my go to oil. I use it in almost all of my products. It does not have an unpleasant smell and the color is not dark. It blends well with other oils and products. I use sweet almond oil in lotion, sugar scrubs, pumice scrub, lip balm, and much more. Very good oil to have on hand at all times.

COMMENTS: This is a heavier oil. I add a small amount to boost moisturizing soaps, lotions, and lip balms. I recently found a lotion/balm recipe with sweet almond oil, coconut oil, and beeswax. I thought it would be too greasy, but it had a nice feel and soaked in. A must for winter!

COMMENTS: Use this in making cold process soap. The only thing I would like to change is I wish it had a wider opening at the top. It's a little hard to dispense the oil out of the bottle. I usually stick it in the microwave a few seconds to soften it up. Other than that it's fine.

COMMENTS: I rarely use almond oil for soaps, but it does work great for CP soap. Very moisturizing. What I really love to use it for is dead sea and sugar scrubs. It's so moisturizing, and if you add a little E-wax to your oils(melting the wax of course), it helps your scrubs not to be as slippery on the shower floor. Good for your customers so they are less likely to slip and fall after using them in the shower.
