Directions:
Pour liquid product in tube and let cool. Press cap on when cool. To use, remove cap and twist the dial on the bottom.

"Jumbo lip balms." COMMENTS:  I use these for jumbo lip balms. Customers love how big they are. Tubes work great. Don't pour base too hot though because it can cause leaking. Let the base cool a little first and these work great! PRODUCT USED IN:   Lip Care

Staff Answer Unfortunately, there is not a way to test beforehand. We have made several recipes using these tubes and have not had any issues. You might want to check your pour temperature and make sure it is not too hot, that could cause the dials to malfunction. Another possible reason is the product is too hard and the dial mechanism is unable to grab hold of the product. "I love these tubes, but fill a few dozen at a time. The lip balm filling tray makes it easy to fill 48 Lip Balm tubes at one time. I would like the same feature for this size tube as well. I fill so many at one time that some lotion often pours between the tubes when I bunch them together. The filling tray would be so much easier, cleaner and pleasant.
