Our 2 piece Bath Bomb Mold is perfect for shaping the perfect handmade 1.75" bath bombs. For those that sell retail, simply apply a shrink band and you are ready sell your product in this revolutionary package.
Average weight of each bath bomb: 1.85 oz.
We recommend shrink band 95 x 55. This is applied around the top and bottom of the mold, not around the middle or widest part.

"Mold and packaging in one!" |

COMMENTS: Before trying this product, I used many other forms, molds and attempts at keeping my products package free. However, after placing my first order several years ago, I make sure I am never short on this product. It keep a uniform and clean appearance without having to constantly check with quality assurance. I have been able to maintain my products in my outdoor market events, and it keeps my products in top shape with multiple hands on them throughout the day. Prior to their use, I would lose inventory in the rain, or with messy fingers destroying the product integrity. It makes for quick and clean bath bombs every time, as I package them and move on to the next, they simply set up in the mold and are ready for labels the next morning.

COMMENTS: These make a good sized bath bomb. They are easy to use. If you pack the mold into the mold, heap it in the middle, twist down and together and let them dry, the two sides stick together well. I put mine in a soap mold to harden in the plastic, then I remove. I wash the mold in soap and water and dry immediately. After many uses the plastic has started to crack, which I would expect. Excellent size and quality.

COMMENTS: I usually use a meatballer to pack and form bath bombs. Much easier and they come out looking better. These are more trouble than they or the bath bombs are worth. Also, I wrap and package mine in biodegradable/compostable cellophane candy wrappers. Much more economical and eco-friendly than these.

COMMENTS: I've used silicon molds, meat ballers, and hard plastic molds for my bath bombs and every time I use them, I say a little prayer that they don't crack or get damaged when un-molding them. That doesn't happen with these Bath Bomb Molds though. They are easy to use, I get PERFECT results EVERY TIME and they are sturdy enough to re-use. Washing them is easy as well. My only wishes - every other mold could be so easy to use and they also came in a smaller size for my Double Whammy Bath Boms!

COMMENTS: I found that the bath fizzles were never successful when I tried to pull them out, it hard to close the two sides together even when slowly adding products to ensure its not overfilled. I often had to tie a rubber band around it just to keep it closed. I wouldn't buy this again.

COMMENTS: These plastic bath bomb molds seem really easy to use and for the most part, they are. Every now and then I have trouble getting them to close, but it's easily corrected normally. However, often I get a line around the center of my bath bomb which is frustrating, but I can usually just trim it right off. I'm still fairly new at this whole bath and body product thing, so I'm sure my technique could be better. Overall, 8/10 rating.

COMMENTS: I worried about how strong these plastic molds would be and if I could keep using them (instead of opting to use them as packaging for my bath bombs). The molds are much stronger than I thought and should hold up nicely for quite awhile. While this size is on the small side for my personal liking, my daughter loves it! Of course I can package the smaller sized bombs in sets so customers have the option of using the amount they like. I also enjoy the visual display I get when I have various sizes, so all in al, its a win! Great product and I will buy again.

COMMENTS: It took me a few tries to make it work like I needed it to, but all in all, once I figured out the little tricks to it this made a nice, practical sized bath bomb mold. I like to package my bombs in sets of 3 or so with various fragrances so this size makes that a convenient way to market them. I've used other types of molds and the only reason I gave this a 4 star instead of a 5 is because of the ring the mold leaves around the BB. I must not have it mastered yet because when I knock off the "rim" it often takes chunks of my BBs with it. Being so OCD, that sort of bugs me, but I still love the way this works and it's my go to mold for BBs this size.

COMMENTS: I'm a first timer here for bath bombs but these molds take some getting used to. It probably depends on the recipe that you use but I should have let my bath bombs dry in the molds before removing them. They ended up "melting" and getting a flat bottom. The mold works just fine though! The bombs popped out very easily and I do think this size is good for one per bath. I only deducted a star because they can become very expensive if you have to let your bombs dry in them. I'm going to try out the mini brownie silicone tray next.

COMMENTS: I find these smaller bath bomb molds work better for me than the larger molds. These molds do get a bit too dirty from the molding process to use as packaging. I would let the bombs cure in the lower half of the mold. Then, after they are fully cured and dry, transfer to new unused molds for packaging.

COMMENTS: it took me a few tries to finally get the perfect spherical bath fizzy with these but once i got the hang of it i was able to make a ton with just 10 molds. i used rubber bands to hold the mold together for about a day to let the bath fizzy set and then after that they come out easily and i shrink wrap them. awesome product.

COMMENTS: The first bath bomb I made with this came out perfect! I saw some mixed reviews so I was hesitant but the entire batch came out perfect. I really like the little ring that forms around the ball but it stayed on some & crumbled on others. I was able to easily chip it off on the ones that did didn't form correctly on. My second batch of bath bombs didn't come out so well...I had a much harder time getting the two sides to connect. I feel like I did them the same & used the same recipe, but the first batch was so perfect, I'm unsure if it was the mold or operator error. I tried it a 3rd time & had several come out perfect, several with issues staying together, so it was a mix of the first 2 results. That's why I gave it a very good, because honestly, I think I can market the half sphere just as well as the whole & I'm going to assume it was something I was doing. I've gotten multiple uses out of this one mold, but I think that I would suggest to just use it a few times then move on. For the price, that's definitely an option. I will be purchasing more.

COMMENTS: I never offered my bath bombs for shipping until I found these. They are easy to use and I highly recommend them if you ship your product. They keep the bomb intact during shipping so your customers don't end up with a bag of powder or broken pieces. The 120 shrink band works better than the 95 band. It goes around sealing the edges.

You end up with a weird ring around the middle of the fizzy, but that's easily broken off once it's cured. The plastic molds are sturdy and seem like they will hold up to many rounds of bomb-making.

COMMENTS: I like the molds for how they work, and was wanting a smaller size than the larger ones that are carried here. This one turned out to be a lot smaller than what I was wanting. I wish they would make a size in between the two they carry for a good single use bomb for an average size tub. The smaller mold is also harder to get a firm ball together then the larger mold. I prefer the larger to this one.

COMMENTS: I've been making bath bombs in a decorative muffin tin, but wanted something a little more . . . masculine, for lack of a better adjective (men kind of get a little hinky when you give a somewhat girly designed bath product, I found). I love this little mold - although, only about 50% of the end results are as polished-looking as I'd like. The part where the two sides meld together on the ball is quirky-looking. But the other half, look fairly decent - and it's not the molds fault - total operator error, I's sure. As I continue to work with it though, it's getting easier to center them together instead of having that "looks-like-you-have-vision-deficits-slightly-off-kilter" seam in the middle. But the mold itself is sturdy and holding up well, even with the "death-grip-choke-hold" I sometimes subject it to when I'm on my third try on the same bomb. These are the perfect size for foot baths, but I've also had people say they used two in their bath and it worked great!

"Nice Size For Smaller Bath Bombs" |

COMMENTS: I purchased both the large and small molds. I prefer this smaller mold. I am using this for my bath bombs. This is not a good mold if you are thinking about making one at a time because the bomb will not hold its shape to dry. It is better to let it dry in the mold before unmolding. I learned the hard way. Also, the lip leaves a ring around the ball so when you unmold it looks like Saturn. I can be chipped away easily. Overall I think it is a pretty good mold. I don't think it is cost effective to sell the bomb in the mold.

COMMENTS: I find that this is a great size. I have sold the larger ones but this size is easy too to experiment with. I can leave it in the mold or reuse it. It is a win-win. Also, it is the best for making the bath balls. I live in Florida and struggling with the humidity and making the bath ball is a challenge. These molds, large and small really help.

COMMENTS: I found this mold to make the perfect size bath bomb(its about the size of a golf ball). It's made with a durable thick plastic, so no worries about breaking it after a couple of uses. The reason I only gave 4 stars was because I just wish I could line the two halves up a little bit better because some of my bombs come out crooked.

COMMENTS: This mold is so easy to use and produces a perfect circle. After you separate the mold all you have to do is gentle tap down on the ring and it falls off or leave it on. Nice big size for a bathbomb
