COMMENTS: YUCK /// this just smells awful ... I'm a chemist ... this just reminded me of benzaldehyde, which I believe is the chemical responsible for artificial almond flavoring... it smells like that .. very artificial. I'm surprised at the high reviews, it smells like chemicals. I also bought "Almond & Honey" to test them, side by side... I had to know the difference between "Honey Almond" and "Almond & Honey". I found out ... "Almond & Honey" is MUCH BETTER! I threw this material out, I don't ever want to add it to anything I make.

"You can’t use this baby in everything!" |

COMMENTS: I used this scent to make a birthday cake soap because I couldn’t think of any other project for it. It’s a very strong almond extract smell and it in my opinion could only be in a dessert project. I also believe it slowed my trace quite considerably. The scent is strong in the soap! I left the batter uncolored for the cake part of the soap because of the light yellow discoloration- it looks so spot on!!
If you’re gonna try a dessert project- give it a try. But I think it’s very limited in its project potential.

"Too.... Sharp? Don't Like It" |

COMMENTS: I can only describe the scent as sharp, but not in a good way. Not like citrus is sharp, but like really sharp bitter almond. I don't get any of the Honey scent, and overall it's just unpleasant and strong. This is also the only fragrance oil that I have ever had eat through a plastic cup that I used to weigh the amount out. It ended up destroying my brand new scale, because it got inside to the pressure sensor. :( Super sad about the whole experience with this fragrance. So glad I only got a small bottle

COMMENTS: This oil smells nice, its definitely a strong scent though and the almond comes through the most. However when I used it for CP coap it caused separation/oil pooling soI had to rebatch. And this is really not the FO'S fault, but I got a little drop on my table and this FO corroded the paint immediately.

COMMENTS: It is super sweet and strong. A bit more cherry than I thought. I use it in my CP soaps. It is that typical scent of your youth that was in some lotion. It's okay for me....too sweet, but customers seem to like it. It sells well for me for those customers who want or don't mind a strong artificial fragrance. My nature loving customers don't buy it.

COMMENTS: I've had requests for an almond scented soap, and this fragrance is perfect! It does not smell like cherry cough syrup or bitter, is not sickeningly sweet, and behaved perfectly in my Goat's milk CP. It is warm, sweet and a little nutty. My soap turned out a gorgeous creamy color with a great scent. I sold out for Valentine's Day and reordering to carry it as a regular.

COMMENTS: I have been searching over hill and dell for an almond fragrance.... And boy am I glad I found this one!! The scent was fantastic OOB, I could pick up all the lovely notes. Plus, it soaped like a dream.. was able to do a beautiful "Clyde slide" swirl using 2 colors & with pure honey as one of the natural colorants. The scent stayed fairly well after the cure (I may up usage a smidgen). It's my Mom & sister's favorite, they love it!! Next project....scrubs, lotions and creams with this lovely scent!

COMMENTS: This has become an unexpected favorite of mine. I bought this because Almond Honey was out of stock. This does not smell like Almond Honey - not even close - so I couldn't use it as a substitute. It smells like a 'honey flower' to me. It smells better once you spread out the lotion on your body. A little goes a long way but it has a soft and warm scent to it.

COMMENTS: This oil has a sweet almond scent. It's similar to an almond extract but sweeter. I mix it with a little bit of vanilla as well.

COMMENTS: Started out with the kit, but the soap is so popular that I've purchased several larger bottles of this fragrance. Customers have said that the fragrance reminds them of old fashioned natural soap from years ago. My younger customers, no joke here, say it smells like cherries. They all LOVE it! And I have to admit, when the Honey Almond Oatmeal Soap is curing, I love to just walk in the room and take a big whiff! Recommend this fragrance... stick with what works in the recipe.

COMMENTS: Sold out of all soap made with these on the first day! Made CP soap with these heavy whipping cream. Called them cherries and cream and sold out all of them the first day. Use red oxide and titanium dioxide for the swirl. This happened with both batches at the farmers market. Can smell the almond, but I can't really detect any other scents. Very nice cherry scent.
